Patient Stories

Real people. Real relief.

★★★★★

I cut my hand pretty badly on a Saturday afternoon. My doctor's office was closed, and the ER would have taken 5+ hours. CareNow had me in, stitched up, and out the door in 45 minutes. Incredible staff — they were fast, professional, and genuinely kind.

★★★★★

My son needed a sports physical for high school football and we couldn't get into his pediatrician for three weeks. CareNow had walk-in availability, the staff was great with him, and the cost was totally reasonable. We'll be back every year.

★★★★★

I came in with what I thought was just a bad cold. The team ran labs and caught that it was actually strep. Prescribed antibiotics on the spot. Two days later I felt like a new person. This is how urgent care should work — quick, competent, no runaround.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before you come in.

Do I need insurance to be seen?

No. We accept most major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Medicare. We also accept patients without insurance and offer transparent self-pay rates starting at $99 for most basic visits. Ask our front desk about pricing before your visit.

How long is the wait time typically?

Most patients are seen within 15–30 minutes of arrival. Wait times fluctuate based on patient volume and acuity. We post live wait time estimates on our website, updated every 15 minutes. If you're concerned about the wait, call us and we can give you a current estimate before you arrive.

When should I go to the ER instead of urgent care?

Go directly to an emergency room if you are experiencing: chest pain or pressure, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke (face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty), severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, serious head trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or any life-threatening emergency. Urgent care is appropriate for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries that still require prompt medical attention.

Can you treat children?

Yes. CareNow treats patients of all ages, including infants and children. Our providers are trained in pediatric care. For newborns under 3 months with a fever, we recommend contacting your pediatrician or going to a pediatric emergency room as a precaution.

Don’t wait when you need care.

Walk in any time, 7 days a week. No appointment needed — we’ll have you seen, treated, and on your way in under an hour for most conditions.
